I've been seeing an annoyingly common trend these days among younger artists. Don't DM people to ask for a commission. It's really bad form, not to mention impolite. If someone loves your artwork, they will ask you. Post on your profile, but don's spam.

I've introduced an 'energy drink' that's effectively a diluted potion with vitamin water. Fulfilling Needs is a complex potion that fills all the body's needs: sleep, food, hygiene, happiness. At full strength, it lasts 8 hours. Diluted, it just adds a bit of a boost to the body.

I have entire backstories written for my major characters. I also make character sheets to remember any of their abilities, skills and spells. I use Obsidian to keep track of classes, groups, birthdays, height, clans, etc... I used to keep it as a large spreadsheet, but it was getting hard to track.

I sometimes wonder why I continue to bother checking Twitter/X, let alone post there. It seems rampant with pro-misinformation bots to the point it’s hard to tell if replies are from other Human beings. Worse, the tone-deafness of the replies makes you hope they’re not from actual people.
