This is an obvious point, but cannot overstated. There is an enormous difference between deporting someone - where they get off a plane as a free citizen in their home country AND FUNNELING THEM INTO A BRUTAL PRISON FROM WHICH THEY HAVE NO CHANCE OF EVER EMERGING!!!

I love those mornings when the coffee just hits better.

Don't get me wrong, coffee is always good.

But there are some mornings when I just clutch my mug a little tighter and breathe those delightful caffeinated vapors more deeply, wishing it didn't have to end.

Curious where that whole "Republican State's Rights Mantra" went.
There's a lot going on, God knows, but don't miss that the President of the United States is using the full force of the Federal government, as well as tax dollars, to punish a state because its Governor... refused to do as he instructed.

ATTN FEDERAL WORKERS: It has come to my attention that several agencies are now offering WiFi for you to use with your PERSONAL devices. If I were you, I would NOT use that WiFi. I suspect it's a way for DOGE to monitor your personal communications.

I have a dream...
That someday a Scotus decision smacks Trump down so hard, he throws a flailing toilet tantrum that causes his heart to finally give out.

And he keels over while accidentally tweeting his final pathetic moments to be made into a million celebratory memes.

And the world rejoices.

This is my piece of shit senator proving how big a piece of shit he is.

Not a toilet big enough to flush this turd.

But Hoosiers love him. Must think that much shit will help fertilize all the corn.
This is a United States Senator

MACK: I was laid off from HHS and now people aren’t getting social services, especially people with disabilities

BANKS: You probably deserved it

MACK: Why did I deserve it?

BANKS: Because you look like a clown

All the agreements by Big Law to donate hundreds of millions of dollars to Trump's causes won't be doing *pro bono* work, which is work for a client who can't afford representation. They will be donating their time to the fascist regime. Do not forget the names of anyone who does this work.

Things Democratic Senators could do that would be useful:

- Withdraw unanimous consent from all Senate business until constitutional rule was restored

- Refuse to vote for any legislation until constitutional rule was restored

- Boycott as a caucus until constitutional rule was restored

Start telling me about what you're doing to stop it!

A very old Soviet joke, from an especially dark time:

Foxes are fleeing the USSR in droves.
Q: Why are you running away?
Fox: The Soviets passed a new law that they’re going to arrest all camels.
Q: But you’re foxes!
Fox: Yeah, why don’t *you* try proving to the NKVD that you’re not a camel.
If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

This is the part not being discussed enough. This should be the thread Democrats latch onto and tug.

Why are Republicans using apps to hide their communications from government retention? If DoD is doing it, how do we know other depts aren't. What are they hiding. What laws are they breaking?

Imagine customs going through the devices of Olympic athletes and refusing entry based on social media critical of Trump or one of his stupid decisions.

Why should the committee even consider continuing this farce?
Would anyone blame them if they said “hell no” to that?
March 25, 2025 at 3:25 PM
This explains what I've been trying to explain in limited posts. Schumer's lack of an early plan to rally the party around backed us into a corner.

His choice to wait until Rs damaged themselves instead of fighting ourselves left us with no option and zero messaging.

We need new leadership.

🔑 under-discussed point — why they were on signal:
March 25, 2025 at 11:59 AM
This is the part that we need to insist isn't lost. Government communications are required by law to be maintained. But they are blatantly flouting those retention requirements.

Where the hell is @schumer.senate.gov to call this out and demand investigations?

Do your job or step down!

March 25, 2025 at 1:08 PM
Think @schumer.senate.gov could take a minute out of his book tour to call out the news of Hegseth's incompetence?

Even better, can Schumer step down and let a new leader step in who doesn't squander these huge chances to display the admin's negligence?

Nah that might upset his Repub gym bros.
