All the money is gone? Wasn't it just last week Trump was offering to send everyone a cheque for $2000 from his overflowing tariff treasure box?
So he’s saying all the tariff money we took in is gone and we won’t be able to pay it back. There was always a possibility he could lose this lawsuit and have to refund the tariff money. We didn’t prepare for that possibility? He’s running the govt like he ran his casinos.

I think a number of countries are distancing themselves (for a variety of reasons), including Trump's chummy relations with Putin, which, combined with sloppy practices, raises lots of red flags.
