#TodayIRead the first Mistborn trilogy. The books at first seem to be a fairly standard fantasy plot, with compelling characters, and a unique magic system. A fun read, but not the most engaging. However, the third book really pulls it all together in a way that elevates it to a true masterpiece.

A small thing from this interview I really liked was her saying "I don't wear sandals, my feet are awful". Politicians often try to seem like regular people, and it's always disingenuous and cringy, but Hannah actually just talks like us.
