I'm on a personal mission to eat as little ultra-processed foods as possible. It's not easy. Mostly because they're familiar, but also because they're tasty and convenient. www.cbc.ca/player/play/...

These are the top contenders for best quality of life. They are all stable full democracies and they have the best healthcare and education as well as some of the lowest crime rates in the world. Whatever these countries are doing we need to start emulating.

Masking makes sense. SARS-CoV-2 can persist, and new evidence from France shows infected megakaryocytes + platelets — meaning real blood involvement. This virus isn’t just respiratory, and protecting your air protects your blood.

Don’t know anything about viral persistence? Know that it’s the norm👇

For me, choosing to wear a respirator mask in all public spaces signifies an awareness of my connection to the human community, whose collective well-being is grievously threatened by the ongoing pandemic of Covid-19.

Something’s gotta change.
Rebel News' Ezra Levant has as much as *admitted* that he is violating CRA regulations by having donations "processed" through a third party in order to hand out charitable tax receipts.

CRA *knows* this and I have been advised that it has no interest in doing anything about it.

The majority of Americans are good. We have heart. We have compassion. When we see others struggle, we want to lend a hand.

For too long, we’ve been divided and pitted against each other by those who crave obscene wealth and power.

Let’s change that. One election at a time.

Walmart, McDonalds and Amazon are the largest employers of people who require SNAP assistance.

The CEOs earned between 18-40 million last year, 1000x their median employee income.

They took billions in profits, while their workers relied on SNAP to survive.
