Day 3 of liquid diet: Dustin bought me some fancy bone broth (chicken with ginger and turmeric). I cut it with plain, unsalted broth and added a squirt of lemon juice. If you ever have to do this shit, let me tell you, a lil squirt of lemon juice, that's all you need baby
