this is the crux of it. it was truest, perhaps, back in 2010, but it is as true now as it ever was that being fluent in Apocalypse World is like seeing the matrix of modern RPG design.
Whether you back Apocalypse World for not, it's going to impact your gaming. But in backing it, you'll get to see it coming.

ICE violently abducted 2 kids, ages 12 and 13, and their Dad, here legally, from a car in Durango yesterday. Aided and abetted by the Colorado State Patrol, ICE shot protesters at point blank range with tear gas and rubber bullets to transport the kids, who are now separated from Dad.
