This is a very funny release to me. $55 to replicate two seconds from one movie. Doesn't even come with a sculpted pile of cinders.

So once upon a time if I saw a cool-looking design on BBTS and then read the words "model kit" I could safely ignore it as never to be, but with things like this and Yolopark and Blokees I now have no idea what is an actual model kit and what is some lad you have to plug together in two minutes.
Huh. This was described, even on its own packaging, as a model kit but it looks like aside from the stand being on a sprue this is very much just...a figure?

I just read through the whole One Punch Man webcomic this week and there's no clearer demonstration that if your visual conceptualization, ideas, sincerity and desire to develop are strong then readers will "forgive" you for still being a learner at art.

All in all this was a real cool purchase. It was under $50 for 12 fun little builds that are also cars that look and feel great; and while the driver mechanic is beyond fiddly it's impressive that they implemented it throughout. Strong recommend.
