I'm not kidding, I seriously thought these were clips from the movie. Like this is so stupid my brain didn't even register the "Fox News" logo in the bottom, I thought it was like "Lex News" or something and this was a scene of Luthor trying to spread fear about Superman.

I'll explain it in the Alt-text because I have no idea how many words I'll need to give you a general picture.
A game which claims to be "Pokémon" for the Playstation 1, featuring Ash and Pikachu on the cover. Piracy of PS1 games was considered a normal occurence in Italy, and it was heavily recommended by basically anyone. The idea that it was some serious crime didn't even touch most people's minds. That means that, especially during summertime, our streets would be graced by immigrants trying to make a buck or a living selling counterfeit and pirated Playstation 1 games for incredibly cheap prices. And we did love buying those games. It's no secret many Italians have entire libraries of pirated Playstation 1 games. Yours truly included. It was a different time. But sometimes...people got smart. They would sell you fake games that didn't even exist or that existed...but on other systems. And everyone in Italy loved Pokémon. And Playstation. So a Pokémon Playstation game sounded incredibly appetazing. Not many knew what a "system exclusive" was or how important Nintendo was. Nintendo? The guys that make the Game Boy, where you can play Pokémon? That was it. Tons of children bought this game. Pokémon for the PS1. Of course it wasn't Pokémon for the PS1, that was not a thing that existed. But there was a game in that disk. And in Italy it IS known, ironically, as "that Pokémon for the PS1". It's Namco's "Rescue Shot".
