Made a hard decision this week.
Engagement for my Saturday 5e game has been off, players have been quiet when prompted or broad stroking their interactions. They've insisted very strongly they're all still interested, but there's some fairly clear signs of burn out.

Following that, probably druidcraft. I feel like the first spells would be very much attuned towards survival and branch from there.

Going to get to experience some humblewood gaming in a new campaign with some friends. Im not normally one for cute/animal stuff, but Im weirdly excited. Looks like a good module.

THIS, cause actually yes. I don't at all mind their being possible ways to bring a character back, mostly because a beloved characters death can ruin the game for some people and having fun should always be the end goal. -

What do you think about resurrection?
Do you feel like it cheapens death as a repercussion?
Do you feel like most games need to have more of a "cost" for being resurrected? Or that it needs to be riskier?
