My mom was given these… leading up to doctors declaring she's unable to live on her own & needs 24/7 care. She knows when to shower & bathroom, but I'm not 100% about her eating w/out reminders. She needs all of her meds managed… And I do all of her finances, etc. as POAs have been activated… #ADLs

It's going to be a mess as the President quite literally couldn't care less for anyone but himself, & his underlings running things hate everyone not like their ideal & want everyone else to suffer… & Congress handed over all their powers, & the Supreme Court majority has given their full support…
We are in a serious govt shutdown, but instead of negotiating, Trump posted several pics of his WH bathroom remodel today and now this. He is currently headed to Palm Beach for another golf weekend.
