if you’re cis, don’t offer trans people meaningless platitudes. instead:
- pay for someone’s HRT
- help a trans person find employment and housing
- donate to local trans organizations
- contact your reps and demand non-compliance with policies targeting trans people

A lot of 'neurodiversity-lite' initiatives speak about the strengths of ADHD and autism. They don't cover though how that is often a negative for the person when they demonstrate that ability within the company.

e.g. Pattern seeking often means seeing company values aren't honoured. 1/
