One of my coaches told me to “try” the 300 hurdles when I was *exclusively* a sprinter.
I still count that as an attempt on my life to this day.

The 400 is such a hard race. Get out fast, relax but maintain speed, you’re gonna PASS AWAY at the 300 mark but if you strong enough, your muscles, will, and God will guide you home at a reasonable pace
