The best way to understand why people leave is to establish and keep trust and ask the person who has left. Although there may be general commonalities, I've learned every story is unique and personal. So many are shared with pain and full of mutual tears.

I can't do much to stop the US government terrorism, but I did donate to those who can - consider making a donation to the ACLU or in this case, the Refugee Justice League.
When I feel outrage, I can take some control through a donation. Support those who can make a difference
