3) use tariffs to turn the U.S. into an economic island manufacturing, oil and ag hub
4) empty the cities

Not sure why more efforts are not being made to cast attacks on DEI as attacks on one’s strongly held religious beliefs. The logic of the rhetoric here speaks volumes in a context where other’s beliefs are justification for action.
