There seem to be so many AI-slop comics projects on Kickstarter these days that are also explicitly violating DC and/or Marvel copyright. What is going on with Kickstarter’s project approval process?! Because this sort of shit wildly undermines their credibility as a platform
I have seen so many good comics projects on Kickstarter not make their goal and my fear is that if this shit gets funded I will become a raving lunatic.

BBC report at a headline level that Grok will now not make sexually exploitative images any more. An actual reporter comes on and explains that it will do no such thing, and will just make the images invisible in the UK. These are two very, very different things.
