The FPbase spectra viewer just had it's biggest software refactor in 6 years. It *should* be largely invisible to the end user (hopefully just faster and less buggy). Please let me know if you find any issues as you use it!

Mammalian systems, how stable are #fluorescent protein fusions in living mammalian cells?
It used to be that transfection of epithelial cells were ~20% successfull in a monolayer of cells, which to me was unacceptable. Has this changed?
