Try a nice sparkling wine like Tosti Asti, a spumante made in Canelli, Piedmont, Italy. It's sweet; goes great with spicy food, and was only $10 when I bought the bottle that's going in the fridge tonight to chill for NYE. With tariffs, it's probably over $20, now. Careful, once cage is opened.
