Yes. The imperative is winning 67 seats in the Senate on 03 NOV 2026, so he'll also be convicted and removed from office.

To do that, all 13 seats - 3 of whom have said they're not running again - need to stay in the D column, and we have to flip 19 out of the 20 (R) seats up for election.
The Senate seats in "Class 2", which are all up for re-election in 2026. For a filibuster proof majority, the D's need to win all seats currently held by D's, PLUS 19 out of the 20 held by R's. 4 of the R's have announced they're not running again, so the D's will not be facing an incumbent in those races.

Here's another thread lamenting the death of USAID...

He shut it down because USAID was investigating Starlink for shutting off satellites over Ukraine to assist Russia in its war. Everything Musk ever does it to serve one person: HIMSELF! If you're unaware, Starlink is a satellite internet service, which provided Ukraine with free service for a couple months, but which then Musk insisted Ukraine pay regular retail prices per terminal, because Russian bombs had destroyed much of Ukraine's communications infrastructure. Despite them paying for the service (likely with help from USAID), Starlink would regularly block service over Ukraine at key times in coordination with Russian attacks... otherwise Ukraine's freedom fighters would have driven out the invaders long ago. And, you can bet dollars to donuts that any spending DOGE (pronounced "dooosh") decides to cut off will not be going to any of mElonhead's companies, like Starlink, SpaceX, or Tesla. ELON THE THIN SKINNED SNOWFLAKE (To the tune of Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer) Elon the Thin Skinned Snowflake Had a very white skinned chest And if you want him angry You can track his private jet All of the liberal tweeters Used to laugh and call him names They wouldn't let poor Elon Join in any hashtag games Then one cold Ukrainian eve Putin came to say "Elon with your chest so white, Won't you block Ukraine tonight?"
