I’m so happy to say that after being in our rescue for 11 months, both being adopted then returned when their first homes weren’t the right fit, then bonding strongly with each other here in Casa Crits, Satsuma and Chicory are being adopted together at last!! They’ll be going on a huge adventure!

Ladies, gents, and corporeal souls I would like to announce that Mr. Persimmon Fig has finally pooped after around 36 hours. And feels loads better. His hydration has come way up and he’s being very much more active and kitten-ish. He’s not spicy despite finding him outside and is SO SWEET.

“Kiki’s Journal #29: My human gives me lots of WET FOOD. I also DRINK out a stainless steel water bowl, especially after kibble. She CLEANS my bowl 3x a week and fills it with cool tap water, adding to it often. She once gave me a FOUNTAIN but I didn’t use it! (Can’t teach an old KITTY new tricks!)”
