There is a problem with the Trump administration giving any security guarantee. Trump and Putin are as one, and like Putin, Trump can't be trusted to uphold his commitments. If you want article 5 structure NATO should extend it to Ukraine. #Ukraine #Russia #Trump @democrats.senate.gov @ec.europa.eu
