This must be the fundamental litmus test of the 2028 Democratic primaries and of the 2026 midterms: We will not support you unless you have a robust and specific plan for overturning and replacing this lawless and corrupt Supreme Court.
If the next Democratic presidential nominee doesn’t run on expanding the Supreme Court, I’m not sure what use that campaign will be to restoring democracy. This lawless Court must be reined.
