Obsessing over what your body fat % is matters as much as BCAAs.

What matters: photos, measurements, strength, performance.

Track trends. Trust the mirror. Ignore the noise.

I took 20 weeks to cut from 200 ➝ 160.

Still went to cafés.
Still ate out with my wife and son.
Still had a croissant once or twice a week.

Give yourself runway instead of panic dieting.

You don’t need to disappear from life to get lean — you just need time and a proper plan!

Real question for pull day workouts.

Do you actually feel your lats engaging, or are you just moving the weight from A to B?

For me, sensation improves when stability goes up.
Cleaner setup → cleaner reps → better tension.
