I just started singing with a choir for the first time in my life. It's pretty incredible as far as experiences go. Didn't realize how good it would feel.

"As many in the field of writing studies recognize, writing is a form of thinking — a practice that people never stop learning. With that, writing has the potential to continually reshape the mind. Writing not only expresses but actively creates identity."

Writing builds resilience by changing your brain, helping you face everyday challenges
Resilience is often presented as feats of bravery and endurance. But everyday practices like journaling, drafting a text or even writing a to-do list are manifestations of a capacity to adapt.

I am really learning that normal people know practically nothing at all about Groypers.

I'll tell you, I have been wondering for YEARS how the Right has been able to get away with pretending they're the normal ones and we're all crazy. This is how.

For those who dont follow right wing media, they have January 6th'd the Charlie Kirk murder.

They all believe it was transgender or radical leftist etc and refuse to talk about Groypers.

It's a cult. Lost.

I do a lot of my reading now via ebooks, but for a certain kind of academic reading where you’re trying to get a sense of the whole book while diving in and out here and there—spot checking, skimming, reading closely, checking citations—there’s no substitute for the physical thing in your hands.
