Hmm where to start… I was born, grew up, did stupid stuff, did smart stuff, survived both. Noticed long ago that the Republicans were not working for the people and have voted accordingly- since McGovern.
No DMs, no follow backs without content.
Yes please!! And don’t forget the Olympics in summer. I can only imagine the harassment the players and fans will face at the hands of ICE goons. It’s not safe.

PS I’m an American football fan and I fully agree with herr Göttlich. ANYONE with an accent will be subjected to harassment if not worse.
Oke Göttlich, a senior German football executive, has urged Europe to consider boycotting the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as U.S. President Donald Trump’s escalating rhetoric over Greenland and broader foreign policy moves spark unease across the continent.

Calls grow to weaponize football as the U.S. president escalates tensions with Europe.

“Mark Carney should be applauded for rising to the challenge and positioning Canada as a formidable force of resistance. He is indisputably the best choice Canadians could have made to represent and defend them internationally.”

Mark Carney's historic declaration of resistance vs. Trump's ramblings of an overgrown toddler
Speeches by Mark Carney and Donald Trump this week further illustrated the chasm between leadership in Canada and the U.S.

To those blaming Walz for not mobilizing the Guard, he did that six days ago. I have to say it's disturbing to see people angry at Walz instead of the government agents that just executed a man. As though we should all be experts about what to do when a secret police force invades an American city.

I’ll lay odds that a goodly portion of the US would happily contribute money to the petrol fund.
For those outside the UK, the comments about European troops not "being on the front line" in Afghanistan has gone down like a lead balloon full of piss. I'll be surprised if they don't burn his golf course down 😂

🫶The fact ppl keep showing up, protesting, recording, despite documented threats after each murder by government thugs should show the world that yes, Americans are willing to die for their rights & the rights of each other. We know the risk we take as the cost keeps being paid. & we don’t stop.

Tell that to the civil rights marchers.
That's right. Protest in the safety of your home.

Maybe in the bathroom.

The pain level in the USA is no where near high enough to lead to an armed uprising. Protests alone are laughed at. Useless.

RIP Alex Jeffrey Pretti, victim of fascism.

Alex was loved by his relatives and friends, he was only 37 yo (coincidentally like Renee Good) and a registered ICY nurse.

Today, the Trump regime murdered him for protesting.

I disagree with the last line of the post. Johnson and the Republicans are not “letting” this happen, they are actively HELPING this happen.
Rep. Don Beyer says the Speaker should reread the Constitution.

Fact: He doesn’t seem to have read it at all.

It’s time he did.👇

I wish you luck. This is likely to be our biggest social challenge as soon as ICE is gotten rid of. Housing availability and price are two major drivers and control of either seems hopeless at this time.

Well of course he did. The agents who strangled the guy in TX are trying to deport the witnesses before they’re deposed too. You must remember, nothing BAD is the fault of the Orange Füror, it’s always someone else like Biden. Only GOOD things are claimed, whether he had anything to do either then.
