A while back I read that whenever there's a controversial vote in congress, a handful of Democrats vote to support the GOP.
Democrats who aren't up for an election in a while.
Different Democrats.
Thus giving the impression that it is a minority, rather than the whole party.

Is it unusual for a state bureau of investigation to accuse a federal (ostensibly) law enforcement agency of allowing evidence to spoil? And declaring that it shows they "will continue to withhold, destroy, alter, or conceal (or allowed to be withheld, destroyed, altered, or concealed) evidence."
