➡️ Trump does illegal, harmful thing
➡️ Connecticut sues and wins
➡️ Trump does illegal, harmful thing another way

Connecticut will defeat him again.

Such a waste of time and — literally — energy. Trump just makes everything worse.

The Trump administration is once again trying to illegally shut down Revolution Wind. They already lost in court and a federal judge allowed the project to move forward. This new order ignores the court and the law, and we’re fighting back.

For those of us warning about democracy's potential disintegration, the decision by CBS to pull an exhaustively researched 60 Minutes piece, critical of Trump, is another red alert moment.

When truth disappears as the media gets coopted by the regime, there's little left.

Trump canceling Revolution Wind, again, is absolutely nuts—cruel & stupid. It will skyrocket electricity costs, put thousands out of jobs, waste millions already invested in a wind farm nearly 90% complete. 1/

The administration said it's pausing leases for 5 large-scale offshore wind projects due to unspecified national security risks identified by the Pentagon.

They can choose Trump or they can choose lower energy prices, economic growth, and good jobs for Connecticut.

Spoiler alert: the Republicans running for governor are all-in on Trump.

Posted one year ago. Still 💯% true.
Everything Trump does in the next 4 years will:

1️⃣Hurt vulnerable people
2️⃣Make working- and middle-class people pay more
3️⃣Give huge payoffs to billionaires
4️⃣Weaken America globally, and/or
5️⃣Make himself or his family richer

That’s it.

When Trump & Republicans hurt people, CT Democrats deliver.

Gov. Lamont is authorizing funds for:
• Health Care
• Food assistance
• Reproductive health
• Homelessness prevention

All gleefully slashed Republicans, cheered on by Trump's superfans running for governor.

All 214 Democrats and four Republicans have come together to sign a discharge petition to force a vote to extend the ACA subsidies. This would keep 22 million Americans’ health care premiums from skyrocketing next year.

Speaker Johnson, bring the bill to the floor now.

This is the third round in CT, bringing the total to $198 million in medical debt wiped out for over 160,000 people in our state. More to come.

If you want your state to help people the way Connecticut does, don't elect a Republican governor.

It should be simple for Ryan Fazio, Erin Stewart, or anyone else who wants to govern CT to denounce Trump’s vile statement about this tragedy.

Trump’s countless affronts to decency are acceptable to Fazio, Stewart, & McCaughey. They are desperate for his approval.

Democrats manage government better.

Connecticut has paid down billions in legacy debt. Now, we're saving a whopping $857 million next year.

Connecticut can build more homes or keep costs sky-high. The Republican candidates say we shouldn’t change, knowing that will keep costs high. We say: let’s build, let’s grow, and let’s make Connecticut more affordable.
