ICE has now rescinded the requirement to document warantless arrests.

Which means people can now be disappeared without a trace.
SCOOP — ICE employees received an email yesterday telling them the agency's warrantless arrest policy had been rescinded. It's likely part of the Trump administration's efforts to further loosen enforcement restrictions to meet the new quota of 3,000 immigration arrests per day.

My report:
ICE agents get green light to make unjustified warrantless arrests
The agency announced an accountability policy has been rescinded.

Today, CA Senator Alex Padilla exercised his First Amendment right to question DHS Sec. Noem & was viciously manhandled, thrown to the ground, & handcuffed.

This is an all-hands-on-deck moment. On June 14, Americans must protest the violent, unconstitutional actions of the Trump regime.

This is fascism. Fellow Democrats responded with immediate, appropriate rage. Those across the aisle remained silent

Finally, some mainstream press coverage of how woefully behind the entire SpaceX Starship project is. Rich Guy is talking about a Mars transfer orbit in 2026 and a lunar soft landing in 2027... It's May 30, 2025!

They have *zero* space-worthy Starships assembled or crew-rated components. Zero.
WASHPOST: SpaceX Starship failure casts further doubt on NASA’s moon landing timeline

NASA needs Starship for its scheduled lunar landing in 2027, but three consecutive test missions have ended with the spacecraft breaking apart and raining debris.

This means that any Senate confirmed official appointee can be removed by Trump at any time. It would be the end of any form of apolitical oversight of any kind.
Pretty chilling point made in a brief filed this afternoon on behalf of Cathy Harris, the Merit Systems Protection Board member who was erroneously fired by Trump. It points out that if the MSPB's removal protections are null and void, same goes for Federal Reserve and NTSB.

Take a sec and imagine.

“How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?”

The Supreme Court recently ordered the Trump administration to facilitate his return.
