I'm once again asking for a show where a librarian, a bookseller, and a carpenter travel around helping people manage their out-of-control book collections. Discuss their sentimental value, their rarity, their histories, then build amazing book nooks and shelves and little libraries to organize them

A bookstore birthday party?!?!Each of the party guests purchased the birthday girl a book from her TBR table. This is a win-win for the guest of honor AND the bookstore. This is such a cool way to celebrate your birthday #BookSky 📚🎂

Eastgate Comics is one of the few Black owned comic shops in North Carolina. They run a one day convention twice a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. The owners are just great humans all around. If you’re in or around the High Point, NC, you should pay them a visit! www.eastgatecomics.com

I’ve tried not to talk too much about Game of Thrones because people loved it and I don’t want to finger-wag, etc, but my problem with that series has always been its bone-deep misogyny.

Misogyny that ruined the show even for people who loved it!

Do you remember your first graphic design gig? Mine was a collaboration with other designers on a music festival flier.

It's time to write our Christmas cards. Are any artists, designers and illustrators selling any this year? We'd love to see your creations for a feature we're pulling together. 👀🎄

Once in a blue moon, I remember that my very first freelance job ever was as a virtual assistant, but my only task was replying to the messages the dude got on Yahoo Personals.

I saw a very good post on tumblr about how fanfic writers are increasingly finding less and less comments on their stuff, because everything is discussed away from them. These were my tags on the post cuz, I think this applies to call creators.

Please tell creators the kind things you feel ;v;

What are you reading at this point in your life? I just started re-reading Interview With the Vampire by the late Anne Rice. Let's start a thread.
