Volví a ver Memories hace poco y cada una de las historias es una belleza.

Me acordé del artículo en Nature defendiendo que sí podemos considerar inteligentes a IAs generativas, LLMs y agénticas y me sigue dando la misma bronca. No veo la hora de que pasen el lobby y la burbuja, aunque antes le van a costar miles de millones a instituciones y estados.

LLMs do not understand, will not understand, and cannot ever understand information. It's a glorified search engine combined with auto-compete, and you should treat it as such. No matter how much LLM companies try to tell you their machines can think or reason, they cannot and will not.

Últimamente me pregunto si no es un trade-off razonable que una tormenta solar queme hasta el último centro de datos del planeta. O sea, nos devolvería a 1960 y perderíamos todo el acervo cultural que existe solo en formato digital, PEEEERO...
