On June 27, 2024, Joe Biden gave the worst debate performance in history. And then it became my job, as a DC reporter, to foster conventional wisdom that a feeble president with sane policies was surely worse than an energetic president with racist, economically incompetent, kleptocratic policies.

You all should know by now I criticize Republicans and Democrats, and have no problem calling out Dem leadership and Biden.

However, the media obsessing over Biden's age while ignoring Trump is literally falling asleep during meetings and is the oldest man to be President is infuriating.

and honestly, the obsession over “we should have said more about biden being old” starts to grate when the currently serving president is very obviously impaired by age and cognitive decline, to crickets from the press
