I don't believe it when anyone tries to say artists are gatekeeping creativity because every artist I know is so generous. Lots of us sharing tutorials, free brushes and assets, share our manus, etc! There's no shortage of info or free tools out there if you're willing to look and learn.

I know this is the internet and people get thrown in front of the metaphorical firing squad for less, but imho whatever reasons you have for making that decision are perfectly valid.
