Not counting Praetorium (since I actually did Prae when it was still an eight man, thus it is slightly differently written)... Trazellie has the dubious honor of being killed twice and then coming back through some convulted means. :D Both happen in the Perfect Hatred arc.
Has your WoL / OC died before? Were they resuscitated without long term consequences or are they undead / an apparition of some kind as a result of the event?
