Upset that Oakland is extending the contract with ICE-collaborator Flock for surveillance cameras but I appreciate that they made some significant amendments to the contract to prohibit data sharing with Federal agencies or for particular uses. So... I'll say the judgemental thing. If someone only wants to adopt in such a way that it's convenient for them & the only option they can come up with is to BUY A CHILD from another country... then they're not doing it for the child, they just think that they should be able to own another person.
