So to get mental healthcare from #Kaiser, I have to commit to a rollercoaster where I'm in suicidal crisis, wait X months to get authorized for care, introduce my issues to a new therapist each time, (hopefully) recover from said crisis, then lose coverage again when I'm stable. On repeat. Forever.
