For my new followers, this is my blrobo, her name is Enya Lily Warden-Ernest. She is a mother, and both a truck driver and chaplain for her local militia. She lives in a small desert mining town called Tacust, and spends much of her free time worrying about work.
Enya has a lot of nightmares, she tries not to let impact her work, though.

Because Enya is a truck driver, she isn't expected to use her rifle very often, but when she does, she uses a militia issue M1899, a smokeless powder bolt action rifle chambered for the 7mm Militia cartridge. It's a very accurate rifle, and Enya is a very good shot with it.

I just don't see Enya playing video games, like at all. I can't think of a single genre she'd rather spend her time playing than any of the other things she does with her time.

I just don't see Enya playing video games, like at all. I can't think of a single genre she'd rather spend her time playing than any of the other things she does with her time.
I boycotted mountain dew for like 5 years because of a very annoying ad campaign on Pandora years ago.
I'm not boycotting them anymore but I've also completely lost taste for them, so now they just taste too sweet.

Enya hears rumors of ghosts in the mine drift. It could be easily dismissed as carbon monoxide poisoning, but she decides to go into the mines anyway with a canary and her necromancy just to be prepared for either possibility.

I've been doing a little exercising lately and now I can see some results
- I can do normal pushups now
- I can lift the heavy duty pallets at work
- The sleeves on my shirts feel a bit tight now.

This was a bit of drawing practice. Enya with 1930s styled makeup. She doesn't wear makeup often, but she does sometimes. I also drew her with repaired clothing, which is something else I should be doing more often.

Enya always wears skirts, even when she's working. It's very intentional, it can be hard to feel feminine when she has to work manual labor for a living. A lot of women in her job cut their hair short and wear pants, but Enya keeps her hair shoulder length and wears skirts.
How does your OC express their gender identity? Did they ever alter their body (by surgeries, magic,...) to fit their gender identity better?

Yeah, speaking as another dyslexic person, some of you all have no idea how common it is for people to think bullying people with a language processing disorder is okay. It gets hard for me to just take it on the chin, as common as it is.
People who comment on spelling and grammar mistakes, you’re talking to someone with dyslexia and trying my best so just keep smart comments to your self.

Chapter 3 is probably going to be a lot of dialogue. That can be the sorta calm before the storm, and a change to introduce some of the world building before I immediately throw Enya into a room full of dead and dying miners.

I got so into my research for early 20th century trucking that I bought an out of print book made in the 1960s just for research. It also happens to have a glossary of old school trucker slang so Enya can haul balloon freight in her peach picker of a snub nose dog.
