This is exactly what we ended up doing on Direct File to protect taxpayer privacy while remaining focused on accessibility.
Like any UX solution, you also have options with accessibility, each with their own tradeoffs.

If your case is so weak the country will “die” unless the Court takes your side, maybe the real threat isn’t the Court. Pressuring SCOTUS with “life or death” rhetoric is a textbook warning indicator in our assessment of accelerating authoritarian dynamics.
