There will always be PvP. It's never going away, and trios are a great queue for that. But you don't have to do that *every* time.

I noticed a marked uptick in PvP in @arcraiders.bsky.social over the weekend (all varieties, not just griefers).
I think this game is going to reach a crossroads a lot faster than anticipated.

ARC Raiders is really fun. But it could use a PvE mode. If it had it, I'd play it quite a bit.
I'd still play PvP - I think the vast majority of people would. But I also think a PvE mode would see a lot of action. Different environments offer different experiences. Why not both?

2. Extraction is tense! And super-fun.
3. Maps are incredibly well designed.

It's going to be so adorable when AI gets legislated out of existence and then all the prompt jockeys who said it was "inevitable" will be stuck with a completely useless skillset and zero ability to think, reason, write, or make art of any kind.

Outer Worlds 2 hooked me by the end of the prologue. I love this franchise's brand of humor. Fully invested by the time this scene occurs and the music crescendos.

Finished the Dead Space remake.
Overall, 9/10 game. Amazing graphics, better sound design, and fun gameplay.
Also, scary.

Finished the Dead Space remake.
Overall, 9/10 game. Amazing graphics, better sound design, and fun gameplay.
Also, scary.

Metallica's "Whiskey in a Jar" remains my favorite cover of all time, but this version of "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" for the Wasteland 3 video game is #2 all-time on my list. It's not what you'd expect, but it's absolutely perfect.
