Let's be clear, many of these people are NOT imbeciles; they are catering to imbeciles. Many of them are highly educated, even intelligent, but they are playing a game of manipulation in which spreading misinformation has more value to them than truth, because spreading misinformation grants power.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

This is spot on. It’s weird watching so many people act like you can reason or bargain with a sociopath. It’s weird watching the press cover this like it’s some version of normal.
