Someone needs to follow the money of ICE. These detention centers get paid by the body so there is a financial incentive in indiscriminate rounding up. They aren’t “tough”, they are scams. Cruelty for money. Our money. Wasted. Do the agents get a kick back? Does Homan? Does Trump?
