Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

Trump's EPA plans to roll back its own scientific finding that compels regulation of greenhouse gases from vehicles under the Clean Air Act. By repealing the endangerment finding, the Trump administration is making climate denial official government policy & limiting the government's ability to act.

The Environmental Protection Agency is eliminating a Clean Air Act finding from 2009 that is the basis for much of the federal government's actions to rein in climate change.

The Trump admin is turning on the American people yet again. It plans to remove EPA's authority to cut climate-warming pollution from vehicles, power plants, and other sources, canceling public health & economic benefits that, according to EPA's own data, far outweigh industry compliance costs.
RFK Jr. claims the Trump administration has made progress on its “Make America Healthy Again” agenda, yet Trump’s EPA is stripping away lifesaving protections—exposing more than 9.5 million Americans to toxins tied to cancer, autism, and other lifelong health concerns.

Trump’s EPA has gutted lifesaving environmental protections, including limits on harmful chemicals and toxic pollution produced by:

-Gas and coal power plants
-Oil and gas refineries
-Petrochemical & chemical manufacturers
-Pesticide manufacturers
