+2M kids under age 18 live within 3 miles of an industrial polluter invited by the Trump administration to apply for a two-year “free pass” from complying with toxic air pollution limits. Half a million+ of those kids are younger than age 5, when kids’ brains & bodies are most harmed by pollution.
Trump’s EPA has gutted lifesaving environmental protections, including limits on harmful chemicals and toxic pollution produced by:

-Gas and coal power plants
-Oil and gas refineries
-Petrochemical & chemical manufacturers
-Pesticide manufacturers

A fossil fuel treaty is not merely an option, but the indispensable mechanism to hold these giants accountable.
