NYC families fighting for climate justice with our hearts and our kids. ClimateFamiliesNYC.org
Pinned
200+ families just marched to @governor.ny.gov’s office to condemn her cowardly, shameful decision to sell out our kids futures to appease Donald Trump and approve the Williams pipeline. We aren’t backing down and we WILL hold her accountable.
The repeal of the Endangerment Finding is yet another assault on our children’s health & futures from a regime hellbent on hurting families for billionaires’ profits. Shame on every enabler, complicit institution, corporation & politician.

No one is coming to save our kids from this but us.

If he's trying to radicalize every parent in America by poisoning our children, letting them die by disease, and arresting their classmates, I'd say it's working.
“I don't see any plan, any strategy, any end game,” says Pat Parenteau, a professor of environmental law at the University of Vermont. “I don't see anything from this administration, just fuck everything up as much as you can. You can print that.”

Sounds accurate to me.
The Fight Over US Climate Rules Is Just Beginning
As the EPA moves to roll back the endangerment finding, which allows it to regulate greenhouse gases, experts predict uncertainty for business and a protracted legal fight.

What a year to be parents…As human beings and parents we are horrified by the contents Epstein files. The men who assaulted children or gave cover to those who did must be removed from power and face justice. We refuse to be numb to this. We demand justice for all of the victims.

Can't say it enough, if you are going to build ANYTHING, you are going to be criticized much more than you will be praised. Do not be deterred. Build what you want to exist. Find your people and seek their counsel. Keep it moving.

I call on everyone in the climate movement with any privilege, starting with myself, to resist the temptation to retreat to a more quiet and serene life.
“They will hold this torch high without faltering because they have weathered the battering storms of persecution and withstood the temptation to retreat to a more quiet and serene life.”

These words continue to inspire and guide us, on MLK day and every day that follows.

Here’s some things that can be done by a party out of power

- file impeachment articles every day in the House

- withhold unanimous consent in the senate and filibuster every nominee

- be everywhere with comms saying this is lawless and impeachable
