Thanks for all this context. Do you think they will…? It seems crazy to just sit there. I realize that Walz is not the law enforcement party, but he could certainly be the face of it, or make a call, anything……. Is it still to early to say what happens to the agent? I know he’s at the hospital

My big thing lately is trying to reassure people that in countries with half-decent gun regulation (everywhere else), they’ve figured out how to handle hunting licenses, it’s mostly a logistics thing, and their right-wing N❈zi parties are doing just fine. Great, actually. So don’t worry, please!!!!

In an age of automatic firearms, I don’t think 2A comes remotely close to meeting a cost/benefit criteria (hunting is separate).
Endless avoidable horrors aside, I dislike looking up legal things, but do any of these rulings ever say who is supposed to do the regulating, nevermind doing it well?
