Disappointed by the bias in this headline in the New York Times - both parties blocked federal worker pay and the GOP actually blocked more federal workers from being paid.

This is a reasonable suggestion. Anyone who wants to be a Democratic leader should be willing to be in LA now.
And I don’t mean with a TV crew, or behind a lectern, or giving interviews, but simply to stand with the community and engage in congressional fact-finding.

‼️ This is absolutely absurd. Trump is actively manufacturing a crisis. The Pentagon just announced that he’s federalizing another 2,000 California National Guard troops bringing the total to 4,000, plus 700 active-duty Marines heading into LA. This is a military occupation, not public safety.
