Bruce showing us why he's the boss
I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

Cardiff council backs 'silent' fireworks rule to protect pets and kids
The council motion also urges governments to limit the noise level of fireworks sold to the public.

An account I follow(ed) on here has started piping up about 15 minute city conspiracies. I thought we left that sort of nonsense on twitter?

Went to my local library this morning to do a bit of research for my current book project and my goodness such a life-affirming space! There was an adult being taught to read on the next table, children enjoying story time, countless people taking out books. So grateful for our libraries ❤️

Unbelievable that Keir Starmer would rather throw away votes for years to come in the north of England than have Andy Burnham as an MP. Nothing annoys northerners more than southern politicians in London telling us what we should do.

A repeated reminder to always CHECK YOUR SOURCES
I was asked to look at this post!

And while the story obviously has important context that’s missing from the headline - which I’ll cover obvs 😜 - what’s more important is to question why this is being posted!

And what to ask yourself when you see something like this…

Marky Ramone that was one of the wildest, sweatiest gigs I've been to in a long while. Still going strong after 50 years in the game! That was a crazy experience.

Shame shame shame on this MP. Homophobia has absolutely zero place in society. It is 2026.
I was heckled by another MP while asking about inclusive relationship education in schools

Sickened but not really surprised that homophobia is alive and well on the bench behind me

'They're primary school kids' he says - as if no primary school kids have lesbian or gay parents!
