Not that Liquid Glass is great or anything, but there’s also bullshit out there like this - someone screenshotting their widget/swipe left screen, setting it as their wallpaper and then screenshotting the lock screen on top of it and saying “hurr durr this is terrible”. Just reproduced this myself.

It's very similar to the phenomenon in small towns by which a dollar general opening can drive a grocery store out of business by pushing its number of customers below the threshold of viability. Then 4 more DGs open even though 85% of the consumers preferred the grocery store.
