Vaguely recall how Biden admin emails to Twitter were the biggest attack on free speech ever. There was a whole twitter files thing about that.

Curious where are Elon, Taibbi, Bari and crew on this?
New story up on the Homeland Security Department’s new tactic: flood social media companies with subpoenas to unmask anonymous accounts that criticize ICE or monitor the movements of ICE agents.

You know what they’re going to store in those warehouses?

People
In the last month ICE has bought warehouses in:

- Hagerstown, MD: $102 million
- Surprise, AZ: $70 million
- Hamburg, PA: $87 million
- Tremont, PA: $120 million
- San Antonio, TX: $82 million
- El Paso, TX: $123 million
- Social Circle, GA: price unknown

This is unprecedented.

MAGA complaining that they didn't understand Bad Bunny's performance has nothing to do with a language barrier.

It has EVERYTHING to do with a HUMANITY barrier.

Martinez: "[I] sat in federal court and watched from 20 feet away as the border patrol agent who attempted to kill me testified at a hearing. Agent Charles Exum—Charles Exum, my attempted executioner was Charles Exum—I hope the government does not consider my use of his name here to be...doxxing."

Republicans redistricted to win five new seats in Texas. All five are projected to be between R+4 and R+8. To achieve this, they diluted their advantage in other districts.

A 15-point swing in November wipes out Republican control of the state. A 30-point swing erases Republicans in Texas entirely.
Thirty point swing to Democrats deep in the heart of Texas.
Hard to overstate how big a deal a Rehmet win would be. Tarrant County is the epicenter of Christian nationalism in Texas, an incubator for far-right policies, and nexus of billionaire Tim Dunn's network, which is riding hard for Wambsganss. Rehmet almost entirely funded by donations of $100 or less

It sure looks like no one in Trumpworld knows what 'doxxing' actually means, so I wrote about why it benefits them to pretend not to know.

These people can't accept how many people hate MAGA, hate ICE and hate each one of them personally. The protests can only be because some George Soros puppet master made it happen.

The answer is to keep the pressure on.

I’m totally biased but using a campaign to do actual good for a community is so obviously 1) the right thing to do and 2) very effective politics that I’m stunned so few dems have tried it.

Office Painting Day 1: COMPLETE!

We want this office to be a free community space with clothes, food, and other resources for anyone who needs them.

Thanks to our volunteers today, we were able to make it a little brighter and more colorful!

People are trying. That's how you know democracy isn't dead or even close to dead. People still believe they can make a difference.
Obviously, we don't know the outcome.

But the massive lines to vote, the huge numbers of people who have already voted -- and it's only midday.

We're witnessing democracy in action.
And that gives me hope and pride.
