I have been baking croissants for a year or so now. They are pretty good. Not perfect but pretty good. The secret is to have plenty of liquid (milk, eggs) in the dough, but not too much liquid. (1/n)

Watching an episode of Resident Alien there was an Australian joke. The joke referred to panel vans, which officially existed in the US but are culturally Australian. It is good to see Australian cultural influences in fictional small Colorado towns.
