As people made their way into a naturalization ceremony, ICE officials stopped 38 of the 100 applicants and told them they wouldn't be leaving with U.S. citizenship. The immigrants — who passed every step in the naturalization process — needed only to take the oath of allegiance to become citizens.

Not just left vs right: Most voters think about affordability and material wellbeing, not in ideological terms
Most voters want a party that emphasizes cost of living issues and makes the world a better place. Few Americans think in solidly ideologically terms. "Moderates" are mostly non-ideological.

NEW: This morning, DOJ's Drew Ensign confirmed that the last of 76 children the Trump administration tried to put on planes & send to Guatemala in the middle of the holiday weekend are back in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the result of a well-timed lawsuit & fast-moving judge.
