On the off chance that any of you were up at night wondering why I called myself Cerberus, it’s not because I identify with the three-headed dog of the Underworld…OK, sometimes I do, but it’s because when I opened my account I couldn’t think of a name and this bottle of ink was on my desk.
Anyone who has been in a relationship with a narcissist shouldn’t listen to Trump. Big time flashbacks. Save yourself.

Aaaaannnnd then there’s Trump’s “speech” (read: insane ramblings of a madman). I made it for about 90 seconds. He needs to be removed by reason of mental defect.

Standard rhetoric of a narcissistic abuser:
“Calm down, you’re overreacting!”
“I never said that!”
“You should be thankful for how good I am to you!”

“One notable MIT study found that 95 percent of companies that integrated AI saw zero meaningful growth in revenue. For coding tasks, one of AI’s most widely hyped applications, another study showed that programmers who used AI coding tools actually became slower at their jobs.”

Isn’t this commonly known as extortion?
Trump puts 10% tariff on Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, and Finland from Feb 1st on. If by June they haven’t “given Greenland to US”, the tariff will be 25% from June 1.

He says US “has subsidized Europe by not imposing tariffs”, hence US “already paid for Greenland”

I belong to a fountain pen society. Every year we have the Stylophile Card Exchange. You make a card for everyone participating and one for the archive. I have a lot of Japanese paper of various sizes and this is what I came up with. Inside is an ink sample sheet of some of my fave colours of ink.

It's not just MAGA or Trump. It's what the whole thing represents: That America let this happen to them. That there were enough electoral college votes to put him back in office. That this could, without *massive* changes to the American political system, happen again.

The trust lost is permanent.

Someone on a post the other day mocked Canada for having a king. I don’t know if that person was from the US or not. The advantage of a constitutional monarchy is that if our PM goes rogue, like POTUS is right now, the GG, at the command of the king, can shut that shit down.

I’ve been known to swear a lot. I’ll be the first to acknowledge that I don’t always comport myself appropriately. I, however, am not the president of the United States. He has no decorum. I’d have to be blind drunk and angry but even then I wouldn’t lower the bar as much as he has.
